YogaRelax Classes, Private One-to-One Yoga for YOU, Yoga Workshops

My Classes are powerful, dynamic, rhythmic, challenging yet meditative, and I love to make them enjoyable! I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga  linking sequences of poses that are flowing with the breath as a guide. I am also passionate about Anusara Yoga and incorporate the alignment principles and principles into my sequences so that the dance of the asanas evolve as you you use the breath as your inner music. I support and encourage you to explore your whole body, mind and heart so you resonate from your highest potential, your true radiant nature, on the mat and take that forth into your everyday life. join me... :-)

Every Wednesday 7.30-9pm Pregnancy Yoga Class at Cheviot Road, West Norwood, SE27. This class so gives optimum tuition, to support you at this special time using
whYoga™ Pregnancy Technique. During the class we focus on building strength, stamina and use the breath to help facilitate a joyful birth. You'll have time and space to reflect, observe and nurture yourself as your baby grows through gentler Yoga, breathing and deep relaxation. For this class you need to reserve your place here in advance

Yoga Workshops

Workshops aims is to give you the time to really connect with your Self, the joy within and your radiant energy through Yoga; Extended 2½ hour vibrant, flowing Yoga class with easy to follow step by step instructions, with pranayama(breathing exercises), meditation and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and a chat on Yoga principles - Followed with a cup of tea and healthy yogic snack.

You will feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after this half day workshop, letting go of everyday worries. Yoga encourages the mind to focus on the present moment, giving you time to focus on YOU, your body and your mind. Giving you a new perspective or clarity or direction, as your align your body and flow from your heart, using Yoga to release radiant energy to take into your everyday life. And of course physically through Yoga you tone and sculpt your body and build strength in your muscles as well as stamina and inner strength, and you take this confidence off the mat to face the challenges in life, coming from a place of light and joy. - all this for just £35. How I teach..

I encourage each person to connect with his or her own body, mind and heart using the breath to guide you further as you flow through the Vinyasa Flow, this connection gives you more energy and calms the nervous system helping you to reduce any stress. I emphasise precise alignment and fluid movement to help improve your posture and build strength in the muscles as well as inner strength so you cope with everyday life more easily. I hope to assist you to see your own unique potential through  a regular yoga practice, aligning to something greater and allow your inner radiance to shine so you live life to the full, discovering more about yourself and transforming your life..

The yoga I teach is suitable for all levels and backgrounds. I specialise in helping beginners to learn yoga. Each person receives individual attention, adjustments and encouragement to go beyond any self-imposed limitations. My teaching is motivational, intuitive, encouraging and inspiring, using a down-to-earth approach, drawing from my extensive 20 years experience working with the body and energy. I endeavour to make Yoga enjoyable to learn, so guaranteed you'll want to return and continue your own journey of exploration of Yoga.
