I listen to your problems and concerns and combine asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation/awareness and relaxation practices to assist you on your journey of personal growth through yoga.

My extensive knowledge of working with the body and mind through complementary therapies, yoga and yoga therapeutics helps me to create a bespoke yoga experience for you. I employ different techniques from Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics to help you to realign, experience better posture easily, to heal injuries, get out of pain and move into the realm of healing and transformationon on all levels quickly; I have used and practiced these techniques during my own personal experiences - so I know they work, that's why I am passionate about sharing them with you!
