My extensive knowledge of working with the body and mind through complementary therapies, yoga and yoga therapeutics helps me to create a bespoke yoga experience for you. I employ different techniques from Yoga and Yoga Therapeutics to help you to realign, experience better posture easily, to heal injuries, get out of pain and move into the realm of healing and transformationon on all levels quickly; I have used and practiced these techniques during my own personal experiences – so I know they work, that’s why I am passionate about sharing them with you!

In India, yoga was traditional taught one to one, giving the student great insight and knowledge of yoga. One to one yoga is a very productive and rewarding way of making the most out of your life and your yoga practice on a regular basis.

The yoga I teach is suitable for all levels and backgrounds. I specialise in helping beginners to learn yoga. Each person receives individual attention, adjustments and encouragement to go beyond any self-imposed limitations. My teaching is motivational, intuitive, encouraging and inspiring, using a down-to-earth approach, drawing from my extensive 20 years experience working with the body and energy. I endeavour to make Yoga enjoyable to learn, so guaranteed you’ll want to return and continue your own journey of exploration of Yoga.
